Casey Mazar-Kelly cares deeply about good food and increasing access to locally grown produce.

Casey has been the wholesale manager at Morning Glory Farm since 2018 and has worked at Morning Glory Farm since 2013. She has worked as a farmstand specialist, field hand and herbs specialist and now focuses her energy on distributing farm produce to local establishments.

Casey worked summers at Morning Glory while she earned her dual degrees in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems and Ecogastronomy at the University of New Hampshire, graduating in 2017. Throughout her studies, Casey investigated food systems and agricultural processes near and far, from New Hampshire to Italy to Costa Rica. Casey was particularly interested in the consistencies and differences in food systems and the value placed on food in different cultures. Travel and experience have cultivated her appreciation for food and its integral role in developing community.

Casey has always appreciated Morning Glory Farm’s dedication to growing and selling high-quality produce on Martha’s Vineyard. As wholesale manager, she helps provide Morning Glory’s acclaimed food and flowers to the restaurants, grocery stores and hotels across the island. At the intersection of food and farming, Casey finds fulfillment in connecting people to delicious, well-produced food and contributing to our local food system.
