Our bakery turns out more than a dozen different kinds of yeast-raised and sourdough bread every week. We use only the best ingredients, including real dairy and New England-milled flours. Wherever possible, we choose organic. Read more about our breads »»

Here are the staple loaves we produce for you daily:

  • Multi-Grain
  • Whole Wheat
  • Anadama
  • Sourdough
  • Country White

We also have baguettes every day.  This is our specialty bread baking schedule:

  • Mondays: Blueberry Oatmeal Walnut
  • Wednesdays: Cinnamon Raisin
  • Thursdays: Caraway Rye and Marble Rye
  • Fridays: Challah and Harvest Cheddar
  • Saturdays: Brioche and Babka
