(Serves 2)

2 cups pea shoots
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp. Chinese rice wine (optional)
1/2 tsp. roasted sesame oil

Heat the oil in a pan. 
Add the garlic and toss until fragrant, 15 seconds.
Add pea shoots and rice wine, if using.
Sauté, tossing frequently, until shoots are wilted to your desired level.
