(Serves 2-4)

Salad:
3 to 4 cups microgreens, mixed varieties
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 oz. goat cheese, crumbled

Dressing:
6 strawberries
1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. honey
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss dressing with salad and serve.
