These are approximate harvest dates for our seasonal farm produce. Please keep in mind that many yields, such as asparagus and strawberries, tend to start small and increase over a period of days to weeks, depending on the weather.

Asparagus: May 5 to June 15

Rhubarb: May 5 to July 10

Bok Choi: May 15 to Nov. 15

Lettuce: May 20 through December, depending on variety

Spinach: May 25 to July 4

Greenhouse tomatoes: May 25 to July 15
