Located in an old jail building up in Skowhegan, Me., the Maine Grains grist mill produces the freshly-milled flours and grains we use in nearly all of our farm-baked goods: rolled oats, cornmeal, spelt, whole wheat and more. We also carry consumer sizes at the farmstand, and they’re now on sale!

For our Morning Glory Farm loyalty card members, we’re happy to offer all our Maine Grains home baking products at 15% off through Sept. 16, while supplies last.

Morning Glory Farm head baker Teresa Kirkpatrick recommends Maine Grains for multiple reasons, including:

  • “Their products are just great. The only other (flour) supplier we use is King Arthur Baking in Vermont.”
  • They live up to their name, milling local grains.
  • They support farmers and bakers and provide education with events like the annual Kneading Conference.
  • They preserve rare and heritage grains.
